Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Ship Times: We try our best to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days from the date of payment; most if not all in-stock orders go out same day if placed before 11am MST or the next day if placed after 11am MST. We ship orders Monday through Friday.  

Overnighted & 2 Day Ship Times: Orders placed with overnight delivery or UPS 2-day air will be shipped same business day (Monday through Friday) if placed before 11am MST. Orders placed for overnight delivery or 2 day delivery after 11am on Fridays or over the weekend will ship as soon as possible the following Monday. 

Stocking: We will notify you immediately if you place an order for an item that is out of stock, as well as what the expected wait time might be. 

International Orders: When shipping to Canada, Mexico, or virtually any international destination, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks or more depending on location. Please be aware that shipment times internationally can change without warning that are unfortunately out of our control entirely.

PurePressure is not responsible for customs fees on international orders unless explicitly denoted in the order or by a sales representative. Unless noted in writing, customs, duties, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.

All pre-customs forms are filled out fully and discretely for the end customer. 

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available.  We try to put expected ship dates on the product pages.

Shipping Methods: All orders are sent via standard USPS mail or a similar UPS ground service, unless noted otherwise. Please notify us prior to placing your order if a different shipping methods are preferred.

Shipping Address & Delivery: Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided upon placement of your order. You will automatically receive an email receipt once your payment has been processed. If you notice an error please contact us immediately at sales@gopurepressure.com or (720) 446-9565 and we will do our best to make changes prior to shipping. PurePressure is not responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address due to user input error.

    International customers may have to pay additional shipping and handling. Please contact us for details.
