Rosin Press Warranty Information

PurePressure's rosin presses are built to last for many years with proper care. We want you to be satisfied with your equipment so if there are ever any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. PurePressure guarantees the following warranty coverage for the Pikes Peak V2 and Longs Peak rosin presses:

  • Lifetime end-user support.
  • 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for structural components (frame, truss, and support legs) and pneumatic cylinder.
  • 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the entire press including electronic and pneumatic components.

For the Helix and Helix Pro rosin presses, PurePressure guarantees the following warranty coverage:

  • Lifetime end-user support.
  • 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for structural components (frame, truss, and support legs).
  • 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the entire press including electronic components.

    Extended warranty coverages: If you’ve purchased an extended warranty for one of our rosin presses, PurePressure guarantees the following coverage:

    Pikes Peak V2 and Longs Peak rosin presses:

    • 5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for entire press, including electronics, pneumatics, and structural components (frame, truss, and support legs) as well as the pneumatic cylinder.

    Helix and Helix Pro rosin presses:

    • 5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for entire press, including electronic components and structural components (frame, truss, and support legs).

    Extended warranty stipulations: For all PurePressure rosin press extended warranties (which cover the Pikes Peak V2, Longs Peak, Helix, and Helix Pro), customers may purchase an extended warranty at the time of purchase or up to 90 days after purchase. PurePressure will supply a tool kit for each respective rosin press with the purchase of any extended warranty. 

    For repairs and warranty claims, you have the option to either perform the repair yourself with guided phone or video assistance at the location of the rosin press, or pay shipping both ways and PurePressure will perform the repair in a timely manner.

    PurePressure’s rosin press extended warranty programs exclude coverage for the following instances:

    • Normal wear and tear (ex, handles, scratch or dented heat plates, rubber bumpers)
    • Modifications to the machine

     Pikes Peak V2 and Longs Peak additional exclusions:

    • Over-pressurizing the system (>150 psi)
    • Power surges, and/or incorrect power input supply

    Helix and Helix Pro additional exclusions:

    • Over-torque on Helix or Helix Pro rosin presses, defined as exceeding the 2nd force warning (which may void your entire warranty)
    • Power surges, and/or incorrect power input supply

    Rosin press exclusions: warranty coverage eligibility will be determined by PurePressure and at PurePressure's sole discretion. PurePressure's warranty obligations do not include (i) reasonable wear and tear; (ii) damage or corrosion caused by outdoor elements or outdoor use; (iii) use of unapproved parts or unproved alterations to components; (iv) defects or damage caused by misuse, improper electrical power supply, or compressed air inputs over 150 PSI (v) pneumatic components damaged from internal moisture or having been pressurized with compressed air which is not clean or dry; (vi) vandalism, negligence, misuse or Force Majeure Events; or (vi) items expected to be consumed or expended during the normal and routine operation and maintenance. Any mechanical modifications to the original equipment will void the warranty. Stickers, labels, and decals are not considered equipment modification. This warranty is eligible for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. 

    Bruteless Hash Washing Vessel Warranty Information

    For the Bruteless hash washing vessels and systems, PurePressure guarantees the following warranty coverage:

    • Lifetime end-user support.
    • 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for stainless steel barrel, false bottoms, and water pumps.
    • 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for insulation jacketing, gaskets, clamps, and fittings.

    ÔĽŅAxis Trichome Separator Warranty Information

    PurePressure's trichome separators are built to last for many years with proper care. We want you to be satisfied with your equipment so if there are ever any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. PurePressure guarantees the following warranty coverage for the Axis trichome separator: 

    • 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for structural components (frame, sheet metal, and custom machined parts).
    • 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the entire trichome separator¬† including electronic and pneumatic components.

    Extended warranty coverages: If you’ve purchased an extended warranty for one of our Axis trichome separators, PurePressure guarantees the following coverage:

    3 years or 10,000 hours (whichever comes first) limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the Axis trichome separator machine, including electronics, pneumatics, and structural components.

    For all PurePressure Axis extended warranties, customers may purchase them up to 90 days after purchase. For repairs and warranty claims, repairs are performed by your staff onsite with guided phone or video assistance at the location of the Axis trichome separator.

    PurePressure’s extended warranty programs exclude coverage for the following instances:

    • Normal wear and tear (examples: dents, scratches or, rubber bumpers)
    • Damage due to mis-use
    • Improper attachment, detachment, or use of wash paddles
    • Machine damage due to improper installation
    • Water damage due to improper sealing of electrical enclosures
    • Modifications to the machine

    Warranty replacements: In event of an approved warranty replacement or service, PurePressure will supply the necessary part(s) and special tools, if needed. Shipping costs may be covered by PurePressure at its discretion.

    Replacement parts: Replacement parts for various components are available at reasonable prices for press owners directly from PurePressure.

    Trichome separator exclusions: warranty coverage eligibility will be determined by PurePressure and at PurePressure's sole discretion. PurePressure's warranty obligations do not include (i) reasonable wear and tear; (ii) damage or corrosion caused by an electrical enclosure not being properly closed/sealed; (iii) use of unapproved parts or unproved alterations to components; (iv) defects or damage caused by misuse, improper electrical power supply, or compressed air inputs over 120 PSI (v) pneumatic components damaged from internal moisture or having been pressurized with compressed air which is not clean or dry; (vi) vandalism, negligence, misuse or Force Majeure Events; or (vi) items expected to be consumed or expended during the normal and routine operation and maintenance. This warranty is eligible for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. 

    Warranty replacements: In event of an approved warranty replacement or service, PurePressure will supply the necessary part(s) and special tools, if needed. Shipping costs may be covered by PurePressure at its discretion. PurePressure's warranty replacement process begins with a support team assisted remote verification and diagnosis of the problem with the customer's help. PurePressure support staff may request photographs, videos, or other information in order to properly diagnose any problem. Once the issue has been identified, PurePressure then requires a signed credit card authorization form prior to shipping replacement parts to ensure that the defective parts are returned to the factory. PurePressure will then ship the replacement parts, guide you through the replacement process, and send a return label for the defective parts. Local drop offs for warranty repairs are free of charge as long as they are scheduled in advance. PurePressure may ask for photographs to verify proper packaging of the defective parts.

    Warranty procedures: If your rosin press, trichome separator, or other PurePressure product is covered under the warranty period, please contact us with detailed information regarding the issue you are experiencing so that we can get you operational as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a problem and are outside of the warranty period, we will do everything in our power to get you affordable replacement component(s) in a timely manner. Please send all warranty and replacement part related inquiries to support@gopurepressure.com. All returned parts must be accompanied by an RMA number, which we will supply.
