Current Position Openings: Marketing Coordinator & Sales Manager

Marketing Coordinator

  • Job Type: Salaried, full time with benefits (PTO, healthcare, and more)
  • Location: Mixture of work from home and at our factory in Denver, Colorado

Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for assisting with the strategy and execution of PurePressure’s marketing objectives. This position is focused on creating media and delivering projects across multiple channels, including blogs, mixed digital media, social media, and more. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for key copywriting responsibilities, community management, and identifying areas of opportunity for Marketing to pursue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Director of Marketing to create and format educational marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, FAQs, and related channels.
  • Updating and creating a content calendar across all digital media platforms and ensuring advertising campaign deadlines are being met
  • Creating and managing customer segments based on spends; executing email marketing campaigns that are focused on each customer segment’s needs
  • Timely community management by responding to comments and questions on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Assisting the Creative Lead with photography and videography efforts to ensure streamlined production
  • Conducting research and analyzing the competitive landscape as well as market trends to identify areas of opportunity for future Marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Passionate about cannabis and the cannabis industry
  • 1-2 years of professional Marketing Coordinator or Digital Media Specialist experience
  • B.S. or A.S. in a related field, such as Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Communications
  • Robust creative writing and copywriting skills
  • Experience with the intricacies of modern social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Facebook
  • Strong digital organizational skills; ability to manage files effectively and efficiently
  • Professional, error-free level verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of urgency to deliver projects on time and not accept missed deadlines
  • Willingness to travel when needed for trade shows or events
  • Ability to confidently use modern computer systems, Google Drive/Docs, as well as Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Reliable transportation to be at the office as needed

Sales Manager

  • Job Type: Salaried plus commission, full time, with benefits
  • Location: Mostly work from home and partly in-office at our factory in Denver, Colorado

Job Description: The Sales Manager role reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for successfully managing PurePressure’s sales associates, working with the sales team to hit targeted goals, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, while providing a positive customer experience. This position is focused on day-to-day sales operations and individual prospects, from monitoring key performance metrics to communicating vital information necessary for the Sales Director to make informed department-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales activities
  • Set a superior standard through leading by example while driving sales for both PurePressure and PureCannalabs
  • Execute & report sales plans, team coaching, and performance monitoring of sales reps
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about cannabis and the cannabis industry
  • 5+ years of direct to customer sales experience, 1-2+ years of sales management and coaching experience
  • Proven track record of sales, sales growth, and sales coaching
  • B.S. or A.S. in a related field strongly preferred, such as Business, Management, Marketing, or Communications
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently; capability to travel internationally
  • Experience using commercial CRM software, such as SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Ability to confidently use modern computer systems, Google Drive/Docs, as well as Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong digital organizational skills; ability to manage files effectively and efficiently
