Please note that results with rosin extraction vary widely and depend on a myriad of factors, including but not limited to: age of material pressed, quality of material pressed, humidity of material pressed, strain, temperature, pressure, correct rosin bag usage, skill of the extractor/operator, and more. Our quoted ranges for flower, trim, kief, dry sift, and hash are all general averages that have been reported to us by our customers, however your material may behave completely differently. We take no responsibility whatsoever for your results and yields, only for the working functionality of our products. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to us about this very important disclaimer.

We rigorously test everything we sell to ensure that our products are only the highest quality. PurePressure reserves the right to deny service or the sale of equipment to any would-be customer if necessary.

RETURNS
 
No Refunds/Exchanges:  We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. All items that we ship are insured; if an item comes that is damaged from shipping we will work closely with you to get you replacement parts as soon as possible. We may also request pictures or other identifying information to establish that damage was caused by the shipping carrier.

If you receive an item you believe is defective, please contact us with details of the product and the defect at (720) 446-9565 or support@gopurepressure.com.
 
We may ask you for pictures, video, descriptions, and other identifying information to make a determination. If you are unable to provide adequate documentation requested, your return request may be denied. If your item is deemed defective, which is solely at PurePressure's discretion, we will issue you an RMA # which you will need to place in and on the package. After receiving your RMA #, you may send the item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All Pikes Peak press order cancellations after payment has been received will be subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be withheld from the return. Every press that PurePressure builds requires careful planning and component ordering. If you have questions about your order, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

All testimonials and reviews posted regarding PurePressure LLC's products are subject to publishing at the sole discretion of PurePressure, LLC. Abusive, fraudulent, or blatantly incorrect reviews will not be published. In the event of a poor product review, PurePressure LLC will do everything in its power to make the situation right with you, the customer. This may include asking questions about how your product(s) or equipment were used, what your extraction methods were, and other related questions in order to offer advice and remedy the scenario. Given the variability with rosin extraction and various rosin presses, PurePressure LLC will not publish negative reviews if a customer will not respond to help inquiries or attempt to remedy the situation. If attempts are made to remedy the situation and the customer is still unsatisfied despite working with PurePressure's suggestions, we will publish the review in its entirety regardless.
