RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PurePressure proudly offers no hassle returns and exchanges and no restocking fees on all unopened, unused, non-equipment items within 30 calendar days of purchase to the United States! Simply contact us to start the return process.

For international orders outside of the United States, return shipping fees are not included in the standard return policy. We will work with you to get you the best return shipping price.

For equipment purchases and freight shipment orders under $15,000 total order value, returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of signed delivery, if unopened and in brand new condition. All equipment returns that meet these criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the refund. For orders over $15,000, PurePressure does not accept returns.


Equipment returns must first be approved by a PurePressure manager and will require photographs to verify that the equipment is unused and in its original packaging. All equipment returns must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise additional charges may be incurred. PurePressure will supply a return label and arrange shipping for the return, and then perform a final inspection of the equipment upon arrival at the PurePressure factory. If any pieces, items, or damage was incurred by the customer, additional charges may be deducted from the refund. A PurePressure manager will issue the refund once this intake process has been completed.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, such as custom sized bags. Additionally, any used products will be discarded and the requested refund or exchange will not be honored.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event you receive a defective product, it will be immediately replaced with an exact matching item. In most cases, we send out a replacement same business day.

Please contact us with details of the product and the defect at 720-446-9565 or support@gopurepressure.com. We will likely ask you for pictures, descriptions, or a video so we can identify the problem.

DISCLAIMER: RESULTS MAY VARY CONCERNING SOLVENTLESS EXTRACTION

Please note that results with rosin, ice water hash, and sift extraction vary widely and depend on a myriad of factors, including but not limited to: age of material pressed/washed/sifted, quality of material pressed/washed/sifted, humidity of material pressed/washed/sifted, strain, temperature, pressure, correct rosin bag usage, skill of the extractor/operator, and more. Our quoted yield ranges for flower, trim, kief, dry sift, and hash are all general averages that have been reported to us by our customers, however your material may behave completely differently. We take no responsibility whatsoever for your results or yields, only for the working functionality of our products. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to us about this very important disclaimer. PurePressure reserves the right to deny service or the sale of equipment to any would-be customer if necessary. RETURN POLICY DEFINITIONS

Custom: Any PurePressure product or products sold that is not a standard size, feature, or type listed for sale on our website.

Equipment: All PurePressure rosin presses (Longs Peak, Pikes Peak V2, Helix Pro, Helix), as well as Bruteless™ vessels and systems. For all non-PurePressure manufactured equipment sales, such as GreenBroz, Harvest Right freeze dryers, Resinators, and air compressors, please refer to the individual manufacturer’s return policies as those are what we follow.

Defective: A product that does not meet PurePressure’s product specifications or contains a clear manufacturing defect that alters the performance or usability of the product. This determination is exclusively up to PurePressure.
