Kyle Manuel - Product Development Manager

Inspiration is for amateurs because ideas are a dime-a-dozen. Vision, persistence and dedication are fundamental to successful innovative solutions. This is how PurePressure stands out from the competition, and also why product design and development have fueled my passion since college. I received my Bachelor in Industrial Design from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I started my design career in NYC working for design consultancies developing consumer electronics, medical devices, home appliances & even package design. My desire to rock climb and be outdoors brought me to Colorado where my design career was forced to evolve because of the industry. A blessing in disguise, Denver’s manufacturing and production driven market has accelerated my career experiences to help refine my mechanical engineering and utilitarian design abilities. Ben Britton and I have a long standing professional engineering relationship. Ben started grooming me to come on with PurePressure since the conception of the Pikes press. As a member of the PurePressure team my number one goal is to continue to provide an unparalleled product line that meets all our customers’ processing needs.

John Harned - Sales Director

Sales Director John Harned

I quickly found my footing in the sales and retail industries, managing retail stores across the southwest region of the US. My passion to create a superior customer experience no matter the industry has always been my drive. I went on to achieve my Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix, Arizona. My understanding of the fundamentals of a successful business combined with my background of growing up in a construction family has allowed me the ability to consult with clients on a multitude of subjects. In addition to my primary responsibilities as PurePressure’s Director of Sales, my expertise has allowed me the opportunity to join the creative team as a facility designer for PureCannalabs. I have always had a passion for cannabis and have seen the positive effects it has offered for not only myself but my close friends and family.

Kenna Thompson - Customer Success Manager

Kenna Thompson Customer Success Manager PurePressure

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing & Advertising from the University of South Dakota. After graduation, I moved to Denver where I started working for Macy's as a Sales Manager for two years, followed by a year at HomeAdvisor Inc. in a Sales Consultant role. Outside of work, you can find me testing new rosin products, playing board games, or listening to my favorite podcast, 'Your Mom's House'. As the Customer Success Manager at PurePressure, I want to do everything in my power to ensure that each and every customer that visits us, walks away feeling satisfied with their experience and eager for their next. Coming from a retail and sales background, I've always worked closely with customers, but what I was missing in my previous roles was the ability to truly influence a customers' opinion or attitude towards a brand. By continuously implementing new procedures to improve our customers' experience, I know that PurePressure will continue to rise in popularity, not only for our premium products, but for our top of the line customer experience as well.

Brady Oldham - Senior Sales Associate

I am a rising senior at Metropolitan State University of Denver where I am studying Economics. After a Finance internship earlier in 2016 I knew that I wanted to do something much more engaging and exciting than working in back office finance roles. After I saw the pace and ferocity that the cannabis industry is expanding along with PurePressure as a company I knew immediately that this was something worth putting major effort into. In my spare time I manage and play on a semi-professional paintball team and try to get to as many Av's games as I can.

Scott Woodward - Shipping Lead

I truly believe in the products we make and feel very proud knowing that our machines produce medicine that helps millions of people around the World. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky and met Ben and Kyle while studying mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado. Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog, going to Grateful Dead shows, or shredding the gnar. As the shipping manager, I am very detailed oriented and I strive to make sure you get exactly what you ordered. We strive to use as many recycled shipping materials as possible to lessen our impact on the environment. At PurePressure, our philosophy is that when you purchase one of our products, you become a member of our family.

Jessica Israel - Customer Liaison

I believe in building strong relationships and making my customers feel like family, while keeping their satisfaction and success a top priority. With my extensive knowledge in the medical marijuana industry comes a deep understanding of both the consumer and manufacturing side of things. That allows me to really connect with my customers and make sure they get the help they need. I love being able to provide one of a kind tailored service knowing that when I’ve finished, I’ve set them up for success. I am thrilled to be a part of such a dedicated, talented, and forward-thinking team of people who continuously push towards improvement and efficiency. When I’m not at work, it’s a good chance you can find me off roading, lost somewhere in the mountains, bouldering, or finding the next best spot to have an epic hike and picnic. If I’m not outdoors, I’m exploring the museums, art galleries, and finding new places to eat and explore.

Brandon Di Lorenzo - Assembly Technician

I am fascinated with learning, always trying to figure out not just how things work but why they work. Understanding the small details and truly knowing what it takes to build something great. I focus highly onto attention to detail and take pride in preparing professional grade products while making sure quality assurance is at its highest level. I was born in California but have lived in this amazing state now for the better part of half my life. Since living in both of these incredible places I have grown a passion for the outdoors and learned to love and appreciate the beauty of mother nature. A few more of my passions consist anywhere from spending quality time with friends and family, creating and maintaining beautiful salt water aquariums, the thrill and excitement of fast cars, to of course this wonderful plant cannabis and everything it has to offer. I have been in the cannabis industry since 2014 and have been apart of every step of the process. From seed of the plant to the sale of the final product, concentrates, edibles, distribution, and state compliance. I've worked in grows sizing anywhere from your Ma and Pa shops to your 20,000+ plant commercial facilities and a state of the art concentrate extraction lab. Now you can find me building the worlds greatest rosin presses and couldn't be more proud to call myself a member of the PurePressure family.

Todd Anderson - Mechanical Engineer

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and I truly believe that is what makes PurePressure an impressive company. Growing up in Wisconsin, I graduated with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, emphasizing Product Design & Development from UW-Platteville. Having been involved with manufacturing and engineering for over twenty years, I am passionate about the effort involved to see ideas sketched on paper evolve into final products. And with these final products, ensure customer expectations are met. I have lived all over the United States, from Wisconsin, North Carolina, Washington, and California, but nothing compares to the great state of Colorado and its people.  Being a former colleague of Kyle, I have watched from afar as PurePressure has grown from a small start-up to the industry’s leading manufacturer of rosin press equipment. I am excited to be part of this team and to help keep pushing the envelope of rosin press innovation. With my free time, you can find me hanging with my family, enjoying the mountains, watching live music, and rooting for the Packers.

Mallory Tjaden - Marketing Coordinator

I am from Conifer, Colorado and following high school I decided to move to Lincoln to study Fashion Merchandising at the University of Nebraska. After graduating in 2018 with my Bachelor’s degree, I found my way back to Colorado and continued my career in the retail industry. During my time in the fashion sector, I gained knowledge on various customer experiences and how-to better people’s lives via goods, while truly learning the importance of quality. The impact that a quality product can have on humanity is absolutely fascinating to me. I first learned about PurePressure in 2019, shortly after I was exposed to solventless concentrates as a consumer/medical cannabis patient. I was enthralled by ice water hash and made it a mission to find premium products and keep them in rotation. The more I learn about rosin and it’s booming industry, the more appreciation I have for all that the cannabis plant provides. With quality being at the core of PurePressure, I feel I have truly found a company where I belong. I look forward to seeing first hand where the industry is heading and I am so excited to be a part of the PurePressure team.
