PurePressure's Rosin Presses: Tools for Commercial Operators & At Home Enthusiasts
If you are in the market for a rosin press or thinking about purchasing one, you likely have a lot of questions. In this article we'll start by exploring the basics of rosin and pressing. Then, we'll cover why PurePressure's rosin presses have garnered their outstanding reputation and we'll give you a quick rundown on each of our models.
Why Rosin Pressing?
Rosin is the highly sought after end product of extracting the most desirable parts of the cannabis plant by using pressure and heat. When isolated, cannabis concentrates offer much higher cannabinoid and terpene content than flower—thus their popularity.

Cannabis concentrates and extracts are nothing new, but the most common varieties typically require the use of solvents like butane, propane, or ethanol. Solventless rosin pressing produces concentrates that are true to the original terpene profile of the cannabis flower, with the final product being pure and chemical-free.
What Sets a PurePressure Rosin Press Apart?
Because of the minimal setup and affordable initial investment, rosin pressing is exploding in popularity. Rosin presses are easier to operate and cost less than traditional solvent extraction devices. Rosin is the hottest concentrate on the market right now. However, high demand doesn't always equal high quality.
Making solutions for solventless processing is our passion, and it's what we do for a living—not just a hobby. We have spent years tweaking, modifying and constantly improving on our USA hand-built rosin presses, and we are still doing so today. A common misconception is that brute force pressure is the key to producing high quality rosin. Through our rigorous testing, however, we have found that finesse and precision are much more important when it comes to end quality.
Our rosin presses are as versatile, user-friendly, and easy to operate as you'll find anywhere. No matter what material you want to squish—flower, sift, or ice water hash—you can easily configure a rosin press from PurePressure to your exact specifications and produce the best rosin around. Our four different rosin presses give different options that are accessible to anyone. Our consumer models are as simple to understand as our commercial models, and the accessory kits give you even more tools for your rosin press that you won't find elsewhere.
Additionally, a rosin press from PurePressure could end up paying for itself within a few months—even if you are just pressing for hobby at home. Whether you are selling a high quality rosin product commercially or simply making hash to save a trip to the dispensary, a PurePressure rosin press can be operated tens of thousands of times with proper utilization, cleaning and maintenance. Our rosin presses are highly durable, customizable and their variable control is unmatched.
